
Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur was born on February 14, 1483. He was an Uzbek statesman, poet, writer, and scholar. He is recognized as one of the most prominent figures in Uzbek literature and history. He was the son of Umar Shaykh, the ruler of the Fergana region.
