A memorandum was signed with the University of Life Sciences and Technologies of Latvia on February 22, 2024.

The memorandum was created to implement the following types of cooperation:

-student exchange and study abroad programs;

-creating joint degree programs;

-Two diploma 2+2 programs were launched in the areas of Economics and Information Technologies.

-organization of special courses of research, teaching and joint research programs; exchange of targeted academic staff;

-exchange of masters and graduate students on special research projects;

-exchange of scientific and educational literature;

-organization of mutually beneficial seminars and conferences;
