Karimova Gavkhar Kudratillayevna

Karimova Gavhar Kudratillayevna is Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work at Profi University and Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology. She holds a PhD in Pedagogy and the academic title of Associate Professor.

She leads the university’s youth policy, spiritual-educational and pastoral work, and organises students’ extracurricular activities and engagement with public organisations.

As Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, she is responsible for the faculty’s academic process, programme development, the quality of teacher education, and methodological support for departments.

Her research interests include pedagogical theory and improving pedagogical monitoring in learner-centred education. She is the author of scholarly and teaching materials in pedagogy and contributes actively to enhancing educational quality at the university.
