Khatamov Bektosh Begmatovich

Khatamov Bektosh Begmatovich is the Founder of Profi University and also the founder of Profi School, Profi Education, Jobish, DIFO and UniTur. He is the initiator of a broader ecosystem that connects education, digital technology and expanded opportunities for young people.

His strategic vision began with a clear idea: to build modern, practice-oriented education that is open to the youth of Uzbekistan and oriented toward international cooperation. On that foundation, the institutional model of Profi University was formed — from mission and values to campuses, academic programmes and a partner network.

Through Profi School and Profi Education, school and learning services have been developed; Jobish is a platform for employment and professional opportunity; DIFO delivers digital learning and LMS solutions; UniTur advances international education and mobility. Together these initiatives form one “Profi” ecosystem: learning — skills — practice — career.

As Founder, he places particular emphasis on educational quality, the development of responsible professionals, innovation and international integration. The core priority is to create conditions in which every student and young specialist can unlock their potential and build a successful career path.

Today Profi University and its related projects continue to grow on the principles set by the Founder: the practical value of knowledge, openness to the world, a technology-driven approach and a focus on graduate success.
