How many years does it take to study Marketing?

Full-time education — 4 years
Evening education — 4.5 years

Mandatory attendance is required for all classes (lectures, seminars) and practical training.

The curriculum includes both core theoretical subjects and practical courses.

Which subjects are taken in the entrance exam?

Two subjects are taken:

Mathematics
30 questions × 3.9 points = 117 points

English language
30 questions × 2.4 points = 72 points

Total score — 189
Passing score — 80

Are IELTS or other certificates taken into account during admission?

Yes. When applying to the Marketing program, the following certificates are accepted:

For the second subject block (English) — IELTS 5.0 or higher, CEFR B1 or higher.

In this case, the applicant is awarded the maximum score for English, which is 72 points.

Are national certificates in Mathematics and IELTS or CEFR certificates in English taken into account?

Yes. If the following conditions are met, certificates in Mathematics and English are accepted instead of entrance exams:

Certificate requirements:
– The certificate must be valid (not expired)
– The result must be at least 60 percent for the subject

Example 1 — only a Mathematics certificate:
If you have a Mathematics certificate with a 60 percent result,
you will take the exam only in English.
Calculation: 60 percent × 117 = 70.2 points

Example 2 — only an English language certificate:
If you have an English language certificate,
you will take the exam only in Mathematics.
English score: 72 points

Example 3 — certificates in both subjects:
If you have 60 percent in Mathematics and an IELTS or CEFR certificate in English,
you do not need to take the entrance exam. The scores are calculated as follows:

Mathematics: 60 percent × 117 = 70.2 points
English: 72 points
Total score: 142.2 points

To have certificates taken into account, they must be submitted in advance to the admission committee via a personal account or by phone or Telegram.

The university verifies the authenticity and validity period of all certificates and makes the final decision.

What is the tuition fee and what payment options are available?

For the 2025–2026 academic year, the tuition fee for the Marketing program is 25,410,000 UZS per year.

The university offers the following flexible payment options:

100 percent advance payment:

Until July 31 — 25 percent discount → 19,057,000 UZS
Until September 30 — 20 percent discount → 20,328,000 UZS

Payment in 2 installments:
10 percent discount → total amount: 22,869,000 UZS
1st installment: 11,434,500 UZS — until September 30
2nd installment: 11,434,500 UZS — until January 30

Payment in 4 installments (without discount):
Total amount: 25,410,000 UZS
1st installment: 6,352,500 UZS — until September 30
2nd installment: 6,352,500 UZS — until November 30
3rd installment: 6,352,500 UZS — until January 31
4th installment: 6,352,500 UZS — until March 31

What is the procedure for obtaining and extending a scholarship or grant?

At Profi University, two types of financial support are available.

Scholarship — 600,000 UZS per month
The scholarship is awarded to:
– Applicants who score more than 120 points on the entrance exam
– Students who achieve high positions in the internal ranking exam

The scholarship is granted for one semester.
The internal exam is held after each semester, twice a year.

Participants are evaluated based on:
– Tests in specialized subjects
– IQ test
– GPA (grade point average)

The system is dynamic:
– If performance decreases, the scholarship is cancelled
– A student who previously studied without a scholarship may receive it if they achieve high results

Grant — free tuition and a scholarship of 600,000 UZS per month
The grant exam is held once a year in August.

To participate, the applicant must score at least 120 points on the entrance exam.

The grant exam includes:
– The same tasks for all participants
– IQ test
– Certificates and privileges are not considered

The grant is awarded for one academic year.
If high academic performance is maintained, the grant is extended for the next year.

Students studying on a contract basis can also transfer to a grant next year if they achieve a higher ranking.

When does the academic year start and end?

Classes for students begin in the second week of September.

Throughout the year, semester classes, midterm and final exams, as well as mandatory internships are conducted.

Are school grades taken into account during admission?

Yes, when applying to Profi University, school grades may affect the final result.

Additional percentages are added as follows:

If there is no grade “3” in the school certificate, +5 percent is added to the final score.
If all grades are “5”, +10 percent is added.

During the document submission process, the school certificate is обязательно checked by the admission committee.

Is there an opportunity to study on a grant basis?

Yes. Profi University conducts a separate grant exam that provides an opportunity for free education and a scholarship.

The exam is held once a year, in August.
To participate, an applicant must score at least 120 points on the entrance exams (before August).

Winners of the grant exam receive:
– Free tuition
– A scholarship of 600,000 UZS per month

Important:
No certificates, privileges, or previous scores are considered during the grant exam.
All participants personally take the same test on the exam day, including an IQ test.

When and how should the payment be made after admission?

After you are admitted to the university and receive the contract, you must pay a reservation fee of 980,000 UZS within 5 working days.

This amount is included in the total tuition fee and will be deducted from it.

The remaining payment must be made before the start of the academic year, according to the selected payment method (100 percent, 2 installments, or 4 installments).

Important: if the contract is canceled, the reservation fee is non-refundable.

What should I do if I fail to get admitted on the first attempt?

If you do not score enough points to pass, you may retake the entrance exam.

To do this:
Log in to your personal account on the university website and change the exam date.
If any issues arise, contact the call center and they will assist you.

Where is the education conducted?

Main classes are held at the Bektemir campus (117 Husayn Boyqaro Street).
Foreign language classes are held at the Beruniy campus, as the language department is located there.

The class schedule is organized so that all classes in one day take place at only one campus:

If the first class is at Bektemir, all classes that day will be at Bektemir.
If the first class is at Beruniy, all classes for the day will be held at Beruniy.

What documents are required and how can you apply for admission?

Attend the entrance exam (the nearest demo exam — May 3, 2026).

If admitted, contact the admissions office to receive the contract.

Required documents:
– Passport (ID card)
– Certificate or diploma
– If the certificate has not yet been received — a confirmation from the school about completion of 11th grade

Until when do the entrance exams continue?

Entrance exams are held from June through August.
However, for faculties where the established quotas are filled earlier, the exams may finish ahead of schedule. Therefore, it is recommended to take the exams as early as possible and, if recommended for admission, promptly obtain your contract and secure your place.

Why is it necessary to pay a reservation fee to participate in the grant exam?

Because grant places are allocated only for students who choose our university.
Applicants who pay the reservation fee are considered to have chosen Profi University.

Is a uniform required at Profi University?

At our university, there is no mandatory single uniform for students of most programs.
We support a neat appearance and a dress style that соответствует the academic environment.

What is the procedure for the entrance examination?

For the academic year 2025-2026, admission to Profi University will be based on a test:

When will the results of the entrance exams be announced?

Within 5 working days, the final results of the entrance exam will be calculated and sent via SMS to the registered phone number of each applicant.

What documents do I need to apply for university?

Only passport details are required to register for the entrance exam.

What is the procedure for applying to university?

2 Takes the entrance exam in two subjects
3 If admitted the student comes to receive the contract
4 If the required score is not achieved the applicant may retake the exam

Are there any additional documents required once I have entered university?

Yes, after completing the admission process, applicants must submit the original documents to the university in order to receive the tuition agreement:

– Passport or ID card
– Original college/lyceum diploma or school certificate

Can the applicant send the original documents by fax or online?

No, prospective students will be asked to bring their original documents in person.

In what language are classes taught at university?

At Profi University you can choose to study in Uzbek or Russian.

Is the university degree valid in Uzbekistan and other countries?

Yes. The university offers diplomas at the same level as state universities.

Is it necessary to nostrify a Profi University diploma in Uzbekistan?

No. If you want to work in government and non-government organisations, nostrification of the diploma is not required.

I am currently a university student. Can I transfer to Profi University?

Yes, of course. The university administration may consider transfer applications. However, each student must meet all the requirements for transfer.

Can students of Profi University transfer to other universities?

University students may transfer to another university. The transfer process is carried out accordingly by decree of the Ministry of Higher Education.

Do university graduates have the opportunity to work abroad?

University graduates can work in foreign companies if they have high qualifications and knowledge of foreign languages. However, the university is focused on training highly qualified specialists for the Uzbek economy and does not encourage students to work abroad. There is a constant need for highly educated and professional personnel who can work in highly paid jobs without having to leave their home country.

I am a citizen of another country (not Uzbekistan). Can I apply as a foreign student?

Yes, you can apply as an international student. However, the admission process will be the same as for other regular applicants.

Is there an age limit for admission to a Profi University?

Profi University is categorically against age discrimination. According to the Education Act, anyone, regardless of age, gender or ethnicity, has the right to apply to higher education institutions, and all students are also guaranteed equal treatment.
