Public Offer Agreement Regarding Exam Services for Admission to Profi University

Tashkent and Navoi Cities

LLC “Profi University” (hereinafter referred to as "the University"), represented by Rector Shoumarov Gayrat Baxromovich, operating based on the Regulation and the power of attorney from July 16, 2022, No. 1, offers to conclude a contract with any individual under the terms specified in this agreement for conducting an entrance exam (hereinafter referred to as "Exam") for admission to the University. The individual who concludes the contract will be referred to as the “exam taker.”

In accordance with part 2 of Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, this offer is a public offer, and it comes into force from the moment it is posted on the official website https://profiuniversity.uz/ and the Telegram bot @profiuniversity_bot.

1. Subject of the Contract

1.1. The University undertakes to provide exam services, the results of which will determine the opportunity for admission to the University.

1.2. To conclude this agreement, the exam taker must submit the following documents to the University:

● Application;

● A copy of the identity document.

1.3. The University may change the terms of the offer or cancel it at any time.

2. Obligations and Rights of the University

2.1. Obligations of the University:

● Notify the exam taker about the date, place, and time of the exam at least 3 days before the exam date.

● Organize the exam in the prescribed manner and announce the results.

● Notify the exam taker about the results of the exam within the stipulated period.

● Provide consultation on issues related to the exam.

2.2. Rights of the University:

● Not admit an exam taker who arrives late or does not provide an identity document.

● Change the date, place, and time of the exam (within the city of Tashkent), notifying the exam taker at least 3 days in advance.

3. Obligations and Rights of the Exam Taker

3.1. Obligations of the Exam Taker:

● Familiarize themselves with the terms of the contract and the rules of the exam.

● Arrive for the exam on the specified date and time.

● Notify the University at least 3 days in advance if there are any circumstances affecting the exam.

● Comply with the exam rules.

3.2. Rights of the Exam Taker:

● Demand that the University fulfill the terms of the contract.

● If the University is at fault, the exam taker has the right to reschedule or cancel the exam.

4. Liability of the Parties and Dispute Resolution Procedure

4.1. The parties are liable for failure to fulfill obligations under the contract in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4.2. Any disputes arising from this contract will be resolved through negotiations. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tashkent city.

5. Duration of the Contract

5.1. This agreement comes into force from the day it is signed by the exam taker and remains valid until the parties have fully performed their obligations.

6. Force Majeure

6.1. The parties are exempt from liability for delays or non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure events such as fire, natural disasters, war, epidemics, etc.

Appendix No. 1: Exam Procedure (Detailed)

1.1. Requirements for Identification Document

● The exam taker must bring an identification document (passport, ID card, or similar document). The original document is required. If the document is not brought, the exam taker may not be allowed to take the exam.

1.2. Compliance with Exam Rules

● The exam taker must adhere to all rules established by the University, including arriving at the exam on time, using only permitted materials, turning off phones, and maintaining honesty during the exam.

1.3. Factors Affecting Exam Results

● If any factors affect the exam results (such as health issues, external conditions, or technical problems), the exam taker must immediately notify the University representatives in writing.
