On July 7, 2023, a Memorandum was signed with Hanshin University of South Korea.

The memorandum was created to implement the following types of cooperation:

- exchange of information, educational materials and articles in the field of mutual interest

- exchange of undergraduate and/or graduate students

- collaborative development of courses and training programs

- creation of joint diploma programs.
