According to the Presidential Decree (PQ-336, dated November 9, 2025):

➖ Doctors who introduce new treatment methods — a one-time bonus equal to 50 times the Basic Calculation Amount (BCA);
➖ For children of employees with 15 years of work experience — 30% of the tuition contract fee will be covered;
➖ Expenses for publishing articles in international prestigious journals — covered 100%;
➖ Every year, 500 employees will receive support for mortgages — 25% of the down payment will be paid;
➖ Employees of accredited institutions — 10% monthly salary bonus;
➖ Employees with 3 years of work experience — free high-tech medical care once a year;
➖ Employees with 15 years of work experience — free sanatorium voucher once a year;
➖ All state service fees — reduced by 2 times.
