Ghulomov Ulug'bek Khikmatullaevich - teacher of mathematics and economics, head of the Department of Humanities and Languages at the Navoi branch of NOTM "PROFI UNIVERSITY".

In 1993, he graduated from Samarkand State University, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, in 2001, from the Academy of Banking and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, from the Faculty of Taxes and Taxation. In 1995-2005, he worked in various positions in the tax system. In 2011, he was awarded the badge "Excellence of Public Education". In 2010, he took the 2nd place in the national round of the "Programmer Teacher" competition, and in 2011, he won the 3rd place in the national round of the "Teacher of the Year" competition. Many of his students won prizes at science Olympiads. Author of more than 10 scientific articles.

Currently, he is conducting research on the modern approach to teaching mathematics in primary education.
