Every university student aims to work in their field of study after graduation. However, due to a lack of experience and understanding of work processes, many graduates, after studying for four or more years, are unable to apply their knowledge in their chosen field or profession. As a result, they often end up working in other areas, which significantly limits their professional growth.
Therefore, the university launched the «Career Service» platform aimed at helping students build their portfolios, supporting their personal development, and assisting them in finding suitable job opportunities.
The platform provides technical tools that allow students to effectively present themselves to employers and prepare professional resumes. This is, of course, a great convenience and advantage for employers, as it enables them to find the required candidates through an easy-to-use search system.
At the first stage, personal development courses on various topics are organized according to a planned schedule to help students and graduates develop their initial skills as company employees.
In the second stage, personal skills as potential employees are developed for students and graduates. At this stage, the full functionality of the «Career Service» platform is implemented, and step by step, all students will be involved in this project according to a planned schedule. On the «Career Service» platform, students' portfolios will be built gradually.
Third stage: «Career Service» – the first point of contact for students and employers. In this stage, to communicate the main goals, operational mechanisms, and opportunities of the «Career Service» project, conferences, meetings, and job fairs will be organized on a national scale.
