Currently, the issue of employment is one of the most pressing problems for university graduates.
Competition for jobs has increased several times over the past few years. We want to implement a system that fully reveals the competencies of our graduates and determines the effectiveness of their work.
That is why we are launching the "Career Service" program at our university, which serves to form a portfolio of students and is aimed at providing them with decent work and supporting the personal development of students.
"Career Service" serves as the first point of contact between students and employers. We care not only about providing employment for our students and graduates, but also about their personal growth.
The first stage: "Career Service" is the first point of contact between students and employers. Conferences, meetings and labor fairs will be organized throughout the Republic in order to convey to the general public the main purpose, mechanism of work and opportunities of the Career Service project.
At the second stage, the personal qualities of students and graduates as potential employees are formed. The activities of the Career platform will be fully deployed, and all students will be included in this project in stages, according to the plan and schedule. The student's portfolio is being formed gradually on the Career platform.
At this stage, personal development courses on various topics are organized based on plans and schedules in order to form the initial skills of students and graduates as employees of the company.
