Yes. When applying to the IT program, the following certificates are taken into account:
For the second block (English language):
IELTS 5.0 or higher, CEFR B1 or higher.
In this case, the applicant is awarded the maximum score for English, which is 72 points.
Yes. If the following conditions are met, Mathematics and English certificates are accepted instead of entrance exams:
Certificate requirements:
– Must be valid (not expired)
– Must have at least 60% result in the subject
Example 1 — only a Mathematics certificate:
If you have a Mathematics certificate with a 60% result, you will only take the English exam.
Calculation: 60% × 117 = 70.2 points
Example 2 — only an English certificate:
If you have an English language certificate, you will only take the Mathematics exam.
English score: 72 points
Example 3 — certificates in both subjects:
If you have 60% in Mathematics and an IELTS or CEFR certificate in English, you do not need to take any exams.
Scores are calculated as follows:
Mathematics: 60% × 117 = 70.2 points
English: 72 points
Total score: 142.2 points
To have certificates considered, they must be submitted in advance to the admission committee via the personal account or by phone/Telegram.
The university verifies the authenticity and validity period of all certificates and makes the final decision.
For the 2025–2026 academic year, the tuition fee for the IT program is 28,490,000 UZS per year.
The university offers the following flexible payment options:
100% advance payment:
Until July 31 — 25% discount: 21,367,500 UZS
Until September 30 — 20% discount: 22,792,000 UZS
Payment in 2 installments (10% discount):
Total amount: 25,641,000 UZS
First installment: 12,820,500 UZS — until September 30
Second installment: 12,820,500 UZS — until January 30
Payment in 4 installments (no discount):
Total amount: 28,490,000 UZS
First installment: 7,122,500 UZS — until September 30

At Profi University, two types of financial support are available.
Scholarship — 600,000 UZS per month
The scholarship is awarded to:
– Applicants who score more than 120 points on the entrance exam
– Students who achieve high positions in the internal ranking exam
The scholarship is granted for one semester.
The internal exam is held after each semester, twice a year.
Participants are evaluated based on:
– Tests in specialized subjects
– IQ test
– GPA (grade point average)
The system is dynamic:
– If performance decreases, the scholarship is cancelled
– A student who previously studied without a scholarship may receive it if they achieve high results
Grant — free tuition and a scholarship of 600,000 UZS per month
The grant exam is held once a year in August.
To participate, the applicant must score at least 120 points on the entrance exam.
The grant exam includes:
– The same tasks for all participants
– IQ test
– Certificates and privileges are not considered
The grant is awarded for one academic year.
If high academic performance is maintained, the grant is extended for the next year.
Students studying on a contract basis can also transfer to a grant next year if they achieve a higher ranking.
Classes for students begin in the second week of September.
Throughout the year, semester classes, midterm and final exams, as well as compulsory practical training are conducted.
Yes, when applying to Profi University, school grades may affect the final result.
Additional percentages are added as follows:
If there are no “3” grades on the school certificate, +5% is added to the final score.
If all grades are “5”, +10% is added to the final score.
During the document submission process, the school certificate is обязательно reviewed by the admissions committee.
Yes. Profi University conducts a separate grant exam that provides an opportunity for free education and a scholarship.
The exam is held once a year, in August.
To participate, an applicant must score at least 120 points on the entrance exams (before August).
Winners of the grant exam receive:
– Free tuition
– A scholarship of 600,000 UZS per month
Important:
No certificates, privileges, or previous scores are considered during the grant exam.
All participants personally take the same test on the exam day, including an IQ test.
After you are admitted to the university and receive your contract, you must pay the reservation fee of 980,000 soums within 5 working days.
This amount is included in the total tuition fee and will be deducted from it.
The remaining payment must be made before the start of the academic year, according to the selected payment option (100%, in 2 installments, or in 4 installments).
Important: if the contract is canceled, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
If you do not score the minimum passing score, you can retake the entrance exam.
To do this, log in to your personal account on the university system and change the exam date.

The main classes are held at the Bektemir campus (Husayn Boyqaro Street, 117).
Foreign language classes are held at the Beruniy campus, as the language department is located there.
The class schedule is organized so that all classes in one day take place at only one campus.
If the first class is at Bektemir, all classes that day will be held at Bektemir.
If the first class is at Beruniy, all classes for the day will be held at Beruniy.

At Profi University you can choose to study in Uzbek or Russian.
Yes. The university offers diplomas at the same level as state universities.
No. If you want to work in government and non-government organisations, nostrification of the diploma is not required.
Yes, of course. The university administration may consider transfer applications. However, each student must meet all the requirements for transfer.
University students may transfer to another university. The transfer process is carried out accordingly by decree of the Ministry of Higher Education.
University graduates can work in foreign companies if they have high qualifications and knowledge of foreign languages. However, the university is focused on training highly qualified specialists for the Uzbek economy and does not encourage students to work abroad. There is a constant need for highly educated and professional personnel who can work in highly paid jobs without having to leave their home country.
Yes, you can apply as an international student. However, the admission process will be the same as for other regular applicants.
Profi University is categorically against age discrimination. According to the Education Act, anyone, regardless of age, gender or ethnicity, has the right to apply to higher education institutions, and all students are also guaranteed equal treatment.
