Recently, due to the misinterpretation of news related to the license of Profi University, many people have started to raise questions regarding the university’s license.

Based on the above, we declare the following:

At present, the university continues to provide high-quality higher education services to a large number of students across 3 campuses, fully complying with all licensing requirements.

This year, Profi University submitted a formal request to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation to expand its activities by adding a law program, a distance-learning format, and master's programs for all fields.

In response to this request, the Ministry issued Decision No. 44697334 on August 2, 2025, granting the license. However, shortly thereafter, the Ministry announced that this license had been issued due to a technical error.

Later, the Ministry filed a lawsuit requesting the cancellation of the license granted to Profi University for the new programs. However, the court considered the Ministry’s claim to be unfounded and issued a decision in favor of the university.

Subsequently, the Ministry, dissatisfied with the decision, submitted an appeal. Currently, the legal proceedings regarding obtaining licenses for the new programs are continuing in accordance with the required procedure.

❗️Important: Issues related to the license for the new programs do not affect the current active license of Profi University in any way.

If the next court instance also rules in favor of Profi University, the university will open several new academic programs.

If the court rules in favor of the Ministry, the launch of the new programs may be temporarily delayed. However, even in this case, the university’s existing license will remain fully valid and unaffected.
