As previously informed, on December 24, 2023, Gairat Bakhromovich Shoumarov, the Rector of Profi University, embarked on a visit to the Russian Federation. The purpose of this visit was to coordinate memoranda between Profi University and several Russian universities and to participate in a scientific and practical conference in St. Petersburg.

During his stay in the Russian Federation, Gairat Shoumarov accomplished the following:

➖ Presented a report during the plenary session of the international conference titled "The Scientific Heritage of V.I. Lyubovsky and Modern Special Psychology", focusing on the topic "Who taught one letter you...";

➖ Successfully negotiated agreements on academic mobility and collaboration with the Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation;

➖ Established an agreement to formalize a Memorandum of Understanding with Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University.
